= Barger-Harker agency is a family owned full service insurance & financial products agency that has served the four county area for over 22 years.  Debbie Harker joined her dad, Jim Barger, in 1985 & took over as the primary agent in 1999. Debbie & her family have lived in Mt. Airy since 1985.  

= We offer Nationwide Insurance as the primary insurance company as well as broker services for any type of insurance that Nationwide does not write. We write auto, home, personal umbrella, commercial, disability income, Long term care and life insurance as well as financial products for retirement planning, including IRA’s, 401K plans, Simple IRA’s, and mutual funds.
